Bullseye redesign 20 07 2014 color

It's more a modernization than a redesign per say. I always try to keep as much of the essentials, of the original costume, but give it a modern touch. In this case the white boots, gloves, and belt had to go, and be turned black.  I added a few details here and there. The white is fluo (stays white in the dark). It's prob obvious, but I didn't draw the background, I used a photo of New York, and posterized it ^^
